Media Malpractice: The Media Is To Blame

The media is the main reason for many of the problems ailing society today. While it is the responsibility of the public to vet the media and hold the fourth estate accountable for what they report, as a society we are so far removed that it probably won’t ever be that way again.

Since this is the case we lean even more on the media to do “The right thing” or tell the truth. We’ve pretty much decided which news outlets lean in what direction so going into each show or article we know what we are getting, or what we are hoping to get.

Well the media knows this and instead of being journalists and doing their job they’d much rather make millions and become wildly popular.

Here’s the poster child for such journalism, Fox News own, Sean Hannity.

Hannity might think this makes him look like some kind of maverick or revolutionary, and while I truly hope not I can’t put it past him, he looks like an idiot who doesn’t believe in agreed upon truths and is too scared to say, “fake news” because at least the people peddling that sentiment have the courage to say it with their chests. The media is to blame and while that sucks, the silver lining is there’s an easy remedy to stop them - hold them accountable.
